Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms define the conditions of use for learning content and related services provided by Kids Study Lab (hereinafter "Service"), and the rights and obligations between users and the operator.

Article 2 (Definitions)

"Service" refers to the web-based learning platform provided by Kids Study Lab and all associated features. "User" refers to all persons who use the Service.

Article 3 (Provision of Service)

The Service provides age-appropriate subjects, curriculum, and learning activities, including free services available without logging in. Service content may be added, changed, or discontinued without prior notice.

Article 3-2 (Child Registration and Children's Personal Information)

To use the Service, a guardian (legal representative) may register the child's name (for display) and date of birth. The date of birth is collected to provide age-appropriate learning content.

Personal information of children under 14 is entered directly by the guardian and is collected and used with the guardian's consent. Guardians may request to view, correct, or delete their child's personal information at any time. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

Users must use the Service in accordance with applicable laws and these terms. The following activities are prohibited:

• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service or causing inconvenience to other users
• Unauthorized copying, distributing, editing, or reverse-engineering of Service content
• Using others' information or using the Service for commercial purposes

Article 5 (Copyright)

Copyright and intellectual property rights for Service content belong to the operator or rights holders. Users may not copy, distribute, or edit such content without authorization.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Service is not responsible for outcomes resulting from users' use for learning purposes. Liability for damages incurred during Service use is limited to the extent prescribed by law.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms)

Changes to these terms will be announced through the service interface or notices. Updated terms take effect from the time of announcement.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

Disputes regarding these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Litigation between the Service and users shall be under the jurisdiction of the court at the operator's location.
