Answers to the questions our users ask most often.
Q. Can I use the service without signing up?
Yes. You can browse curricula and learn without signing in. Each device gets an anonymous ID, so progress continues on that device, and you can see a learning summary on My Page.
Q. How do I choose an age level?
Pick 5, 6, or 7 at the top of the curriculum page and only the subjects and curricula for that age will be shown. Choose the level that fits your child's current age and ability.
Q. Can I print the worksheets?
Yes. Press the Download worksheet button in each subject section to get a PDF. You can print it, work through it on paper, and check the answers on screen later.
Q. Where can I see the learning history?
Open My Page from the top menu to see progress by subject, today's and this week's learning summary, and strong and weak areas. It is kept only for the same device and browser.
Q. How do I send a question or suggestion?
Click Contact in the footer to open the parents' board. Leave a post there and the team or another parent can reply.
Q. Can I continue on another device?
Not yet — the anonymous ID differs per device and browser, so earlier progress does not appear on another device. Using the same device consistently lets the results build up over time.
